From the Board room to the stage... construction boots to stilettos, Nicole Butler is no ordinary opera singer.

Chicago-born Soprano, Nicole Butler, currently based in the Mid-Atlantic region of the U.S., has earned her reputation as an interpreter of a broad range of repertoire, possessing a special affinity for early music.

This Summer and Fall, Ms. Butler will be featured in multiple Solo Recitals across the U.S.: August 3rd (Chicago), September 18th and September 21st (Washington, DC). By special invitation from Ambassador Wolfgang Waldner (Austria’s Ambassador to the U.S.), Ms. Butler has been invited back as presenting artist representing the United States for Austria National Day at the Embassy of Austria on October 24th, along with Austrian Jazz Trumpeter, Franz Hackl & Friends.

Earlier this year, Ms. Butler was a Featured Artist in Sopranos Slay Concert by CAAPA. She then returned to the stage of the Kennedy Center with the Washington National Opera in Charles Gounod's Faust and WNO’s Annual Gala which was held in May.

Nicole performed with Washington Opera Society as Frasquita in George's Bizet's Carmen.  Performance was held at La Maison Francaise (The French Embassy) in Washington, DC accompanied by the Mid-Atlantic Symphony Orchestra
